Hair tutorial and my hair care

Hello,
First of all, I want to share with you my new hair tutorial. Still I'm not really good at making them, but it think I improved a little ^___^

I'm often asked about my hair, how I take care of it and how I keep it healthy and nice looking. That's why, I decided to make a post about it!  Pleas keep in mind I'm not an expert and I'm only sharing with you what I do with my hair and what works on my hair.

First of all, this will be probably disappointing but unfortunately I don't have any miracle secret that makes any hair turn from "old witch" to "ethereal mermaid". I was lucky to be blessed by Mother Nature with thick and strong hair and I mostly focus on keeping it as nice as it is, not on improving its condition.
Ok, let's start!

-Balanced daiet and hair supplements!
I believe that minerals and vitamins are basic of having beautiful hair. To produce healthy hair, you body needs to have enough of all of those important elements  that are the core of hair.  When there's "resources deficit", your hair will start to grow weak and thin, and when it grows like this I don't think there's any way to make it thick by any conditioner, hair mask and so on. I'm trying my best to eat good, I stay away from fast food and highly processed food, instead I cook most of meals by myself, from scratch. I'm vegetarian and everyday I eat lots of vegetables, snack with dried fruits and nuts. But I'm not perfect, usually my portions of food are very small, and lots of my daily calories come from sweets because I'm awful sugar addict and can't stand a few hours without cookies or chocolate >____<
So to ensure that I give my hair everything it needs to grow, everyday in the morning I'm taking one pill of "Vitapil". It has iron, yeast, biotin, zinc, copper, everything that's usually associated with healthy hair.  I stared to use it about 1,5 year ago when suddenly my hair stared to massively falling out. I tried few different products but nothing was helping. After 2,5 months of nightmare I stumbled upon Vitapil and 2 weeks later, my problem disappeared. From that time I never part with it <3 Unfortunately I couldn't find it here in Usa, so my family sends it to me every now and then. Puritan's Pride  Vitamins for the Hair seems to be very similar, but it lacks for example biotin so I'm not sure  if it will work as good as Vitapil does.

-Hair doesn't like high temperature!
To maintain healthy hair I'm avoiding styling with curling iron and straightener. Usually, when I want to curl my hair I try one of the non heat methods, and leave it overnight. I can't stand wet hair because I'm allergic to chlorine in water so, yes, I blow dry it, but always with the lowest temperature. When drying, I'm moving the blow-drier all the time all over my hair and try to keep it not too close to it. Also when washing hair, I do it with cool water. It doesn't have to be freezing cold but it's good to try to avoid hot water.

-Be gentle with your hair!
Before brushing hair, I very delicately detangle it with my fingers. It takes some time but also it prevents damage. With your hand you can untie all those complicated tangle without tearing out your hair. When brushing I divide hair in small parts, then hold one of the parts with hand, and slowly brush it. Ahh, and I never brush wet hair! Wet hair are very fragile and easy to damage that's why I only gently smooth it with fingers.
Actually, I have no idea how my hair almost everyday, mange to became such a enormous muddle, even tough I keep it braided almost all the time >___< As I said before, it think it lives it own life and moves and its own.  Good enough that it doesn't try to choke me...
I wash my hair with chamomile shampoo. I'm using it for a long time now, (I don't know 7-8 years?) and my hair loves chamomile sooo much. In Poland there's big variety of shampoos with it, but again here in Usa I couldn't find any. My favorite is Yves Rocher's one, but Yves Rocher Usa doesn't have it in offer >___<

-Also before brushing I use detangling mist. I know this kind of products are often full of silicons that aren't the best for hair, but without detangler, brushing would be more damaging and even more time consuming, so I decided to chose the lesser evil.  I've been using those mists for a few years now and haven't see any negative effects, but if you know any good, silicon free detanglers,  pleas share it with this little fairy!
I know there's a lot of different opinions about trimming hair. I cut my hair once a year about 10cm. I do it mostly for the visual effect,  it makes hair even, and even hair looks much more thick and healthy.

-And last but not least, remember to love your hair! Don't drag it, don't stress it, don't fry it, be patient and delicate with it.
I know that most what is written here is common knowledge and I haven said anything new, but I hope this post will help anyone who wants to grown long and beautiful hair.
Thank you for your time <3

Ahh, is it already too late for the tea party?

Hello,
Ohh, my, I'm so sorry for such a a long break in posting >____<
Too many games, so little time....
Now I'm late with few posts, so there will be a lot of new things on my blog this week; new hairstyle tutorial, my hair routine, my first circle lenses review and some new lolita photos!
After getting so many nice comments and motivation in my last mirror outfit post, of course  I couldn't do anything else, than make another one ^____^

Usually I don't wear black, but this is the dress I got from my husband before valentines, so I really wanted to wear it in some nice (maybe not too fairy) way. I'm sorry for the awful stains on the mirror, I accidentally sprayed on it hair detangling mist, when I was brushing my hair before photo.

Also, i probably didn't mention this before, but I actually have another reason to celebrate valentines.  It's the day of my marriage anniversary hi hi. And believe me or not, I really didn't chose this day on purpose. It's one pure coincidence. Well, yes, I got married but I still didn't have wedding >___< Maybe someday, when I win fortune in some lottery hi hi.
I made nice dinner, and baked sweet and tasty cakes and cookies.

As always my photography skills are tragically low, and photos don't reflect how nice the cakes looked >___<
And more presents! I got Fire Emblem and gave to my husband Virtue's Last Reward <3
And speaking of games, anyone else also watched last week's PlayStation 4 conference? Everything looked so amazing. I'm especially under big impression of  Capcom's Deep Down. It's just beyond the words how magnificent it looked. My fairy heart was trilled with every second of  this video. The flam breathing dragon, the armors, the cave... If you haven't seen it I really recommend to find it on youtube and experience it with your own eyes.  Probably, with the new PlayStation I'll start my streaming channel <3 On Sony's presentation sharing gamplaye videos looked so easy!
Now I'm soooo excited and really can't wait for the next winter holidays hi hi.

Snow, snow, so much snow....

Hello,
Last weekend, we had a blizzard here. It was snowing for two days in a row. The roads were closed and everybody was advised to stay home, so I spend Friday, Saturday and Sunday with my husband, sitting in our warm and cozy apartment and played God of War: Chains of Olympus and Genji: Days of the Blade. We also played my favorite board game Talisman: The Magical Quest <3
Ahh, and speaking about Talisman, I really can't wait for the polish edition of  new expansion "The City". Tough when I use to play the old version of this game I always had a bad luck in the city >___<
Also this month my poor heart is torn in two part, because I can't decide which 3ds game to buy!
Fire emblem vs Etrian odyssey 4. I downloaded demo of both games, but it actually made things even harder for me >___<
Ok, I don't want to bore you any more, time for some photos!

Daily fairy

Hello,
In the new there was warning about snow storm coming. I wonder if it will be a really big storm.
As much as I don't enjoy winter, I love to sit in front of the window, drink hot chocolate and look how fluffy, white snowflakes dance in the sky. It really calms me.
From some time I was thinking about mirror photos of outfits. I don't find them too attractive, but still it's the easiest way to get some everyday outfit snaps.  At the beginning I didn't wanted to post them here, but in the end I changed my mind.  I really want to share here my everyday style, and taking this kind of  photos takes only few minutes, without any unnecessary fuss.
So, what do you think, should I post more of this kind of compilations? I think it's nice idea ^___^
Also, at home I usually walk barefoot, but it would look a little bit wired in pictures, so I'm wearing shoes for photos hi hi.

Here are some additional photos:

Goodnight Mr Snowman...

Hello,
Today I want to finally post some photos of my adorable DreamV coat <3
I don't know why, but every time I wanted to make some cute photos with it, I always ended up with with weird faces, closed eyes, or strangely tangled fringe >___< I wont even mention how the snow melted one the day before my planned photos.

And here's link to more detailed photo of the coat itself.
I don't know if I mentioned it before, but the fluffy, parts are removable, and coat also works well as a autumn garment <3
Photos below were actually taken around early December, (or maybe late November?)

Also, last weekend I made with my husband biiiig Snowman in front of our home <3 I haven't done a snowman in a very loooooooong time, that's why it was such a great fun <3 (I'm sorry for the blurry photo, it was very dark night, and we forgot to take flash)
But look what happen whit this poor, snow creature after a day>_____<
He melted almost completely, only small, white lump of ice left from he's giant body. Poor winter creature. He was made in very unlucky time, because the next day temperature reached 16Celcius and it was raining all the time. As weird as it sounds this made my fairy heart a little bit sad, and also a little bit guilty. I should have checked the weather forecast first. I hope he wasn't mad at me, that I made him at such a unfortunate moment.

Drinking tea, sleeping, waiting for the spring to begin...

Ahh, I'm so bored today. I could just go lay in bed and sleep for whole day >___< I just don't have motivation to do anything, I'm not even in a mood to play any games. I'm just eating cookies and chocolate, drink tea and do nothing. I feel like such a hikikomori, I very rarely leave my apartment, and don't meet with any people at all. This is one of the biggest disadvantages of living abroad, in small town and not knowing anyone there >_____<
Ahh, I want spring already!
I really would love to have a dog. Cute, snow white Samoyed would make my fairy heart sooo happy <3 Unfortunately, because we don't know for how long we will be staying here in Usa I can't have a dog now.
Anyway, I'm sooo bored that I even overshopped my photos and I'm posting it here hi hi.
