Homemade yogurt face mask...

Hello (^・ω・^ )
Today I want to share with you one of my quick and easy method for a nice, bright complexion.
It's very simple, natural face mask, made from just 3 ingredients ^___^
All you need is plain yogurt, lemon and honey.

Just take one or two teaspoons of yogurt, add a splash of lemon juice and mix it with a little bit of honey. Then just put it on face for about 10-15 minutes. Remove mixture from your skin with warm water. Some yogurts can leave  residue. When it happens, you can use a drop of gentle cleanser, but really, try to keep it to minimum because you don't want to remove all those good things you've just put on your face (●˘◡˘●)
I usually do it (or at least I'm trying to keep up with this plan) one or two times a week.

Why those ingredients?  Yogurt is a source of lactic acid and B vitamins. Lemon of course for the wonderful vitamin C. And honey, it's just Mother Nature's pure, gold miracle (◡‿◡✿)  (Also remember to always use raw honey, not those awful honey like products.)

Have a wonderful day

  2. lemon is an irritant, it disrupts the skin's natural pH because it is so acidic :( please be careful! I definitely recommend honey and yoghurt though~

    1. Yes, lemon is not as gentle as the other two ingredients but for many years it worked so well for my skin and hair >___<
Maybe to balance lemon, it would be ok to wash face with water with a little bit of soap or maybe touch of baking soda.

  4. I LOVE homemade simple treatments like these. I've read that a variation with oats into the mixture is also excellent. Please post up more tips if you have them

    2. I have some recipes that I use myself. For example, coffee granules and brown sugar mixed with olive oil is a brilliant body scrub and olive oil and sugar for a lip scrub etc. Give them a try and see what you think
