Hello (^・ω・^ )
Today I want to share with you one of my quick and easy method for a nice, bright complexion.
It's very simple, natural face mask, made from just 3 ingredients ^___^
All you need is plain yogurt, lemon and honey.
Just take one or two teaspoons of yogurt, add a splash of lemon juice and mix it with a little bit of honey. Then just put it on face for about 10-15 minutes. Remove mixture from your skin with warm water. Some yogurts can leave residue. When it happens, you can use a drop of gentle cleanser, but really, try to keep it to minimum because you don't want to remove all those good things you've just put on your face (●˘◡˘●)
I usually do it (or at least I'm trying to keep up with this plan) one or two times a week.
Why those ingredients? Yogurt is a source of lactic acid and B vitamins. Lemon of course for the wonderful vitamin C. And honey, it's just Mother Nature's pure, gold miracle (◡‿◡✿) (Also remember to always use raw honey, not those awful honey like products.)
Have a wonderful day ♥♥♥
Great tip, I did see some home made face masks, but this one is super simple, I definitely will try it, thanks :3

Yes, it's very simple but it works sooo nice hi hi ♥♥♥
Deletelemon is an irritant, it disrupts the skin's natural pH because it is so acidic :( please be careful! I definitely recommend honey and yoghurt though~
ReplyDeleteYes, lemon is not as gentle as the other two ingredients but for many years it worked so well for my skin and hair >___<
DeleteMaybe to balance lemon, it would be ok to wash face with water with a little bit of soap or maybe touch of baking soda.
Boa dica! Farei em breve :)

DeleteI love your blogger!
I'm from Brasil :)
I LOVE homemade simple treatments like these. I've read that a variation with oats into the mixture is also excellent. Please post up more tips if you have them
ReplyDeleteI heard soo many good things about oats, I need to finally try them ^___^
DeleteI have some recipes that I use myself. For example, coffee granules and brown sugar mixed with olive oil is a brilliant body scrub and olive oil and sugar for a lip scrub etc. Give them a try and see what you think
DeleteStosowałam podobną maskę ale dodawałam jeszcze kukumę, jest z nią trochę zabawy. Muszę wrócić do maseczek bo coś leniwa jestem ostatnio ;p Dzięki za przypomnienie ;d
ReplyDeleteZrobiłam z mlekiem, sokiem z pomarańczy, miodem i trochę mąki, trzyma lepiej ;p Właśnie siedzę z maseczką na buzi, ja zwykle trzymam pół godzinki.
DeleteUhh, kurkuma brzmi żółto hi hi. Ja niestety nie mam za dużo cierpliwości i jak z czymś jest za dużo zachodu ciężko jest mi się zmotywować >___<
DeleteTwoja maseczka brzmi ciekawie ^___^
willl try!
ReplyDeleteHope, it will work for you as good as it works for me ^___^
DeleteThank you, I definitely have to try it!
